Return Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items reported outside of the 5-day window may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
